Why I Love My Mods

Several months back I had watched a few video’s on New World, Amazon’s new MMORPG that is releasing, I have no idea when, it’s still in Alpha testing as of this writing. During that video it was explained how they were going to allow microtransactions that would basically make the game P2W (pay to win).

We were talking about this on stream last week and one of my mods questioned the validity of that. So I said I would look through my history (on YouTube) and find the video’s or just search them up. A few minutes later he posted a link to an interview with the developers from about 2 weeks ago and they talked about that issue and said that the microtransactions would not include the items which would have made the game P2W. That is amazing news and I am once again excited for New World to release on… Sometime in the future.
